If they're trying to have a kid, there's two sides to it, both with unique challenges, especially in terms of infertility. Maybe the girl thinks he's shooting blanks and she casually throws out some symptom that another guy on the forum happens to recognize through personal experience, and he recommends a course of action, a medical procedure, or medication, that solves the problem because the original couple's doctor misdiagnosed it.
