Exactly, it really sucks because it's usually the little guy that gets crushed! BTW wishing them a terrible sales year isn't going to do any favors for the other 90% of their workforce.... just saying.

They can't cut wages/benefits without a strike... if your boss came to you and said that they need to cut your salary 30% in order to stay in business, what would you say?
