Sounds like the MIC is lightyears ahead of the DMG. It's not a good 'ole boys backroom thing, they actually have a plan laid out for sanctioning, promoting, riders' interests- everything except for tracks.
I don't believe the SuperBike should be the premier class though- 600cc racing is a lot more intense. 1000cc will continue to be the Suzuki show unless a lot changes. I do like that this group is going to keep the race vehicles "real" instead of divorcing them from production bikes like NASCAR and DMG.
