I don't know...if poor/non-insured people are "busing in" from outside the hospital's normal service area then I don't blame them for turning them away if the injury/illness is non-life threatening. That's like the hood-rats the drive across town to swim in the pool at my GF's $1,500/month apt complex. I suggest you hop on back on the bus and take your butts to Walmart and buy that Sponge Bob wading pool for $19.95...
