Opposite, yes.
Equal, I'm not so sure. Unless you know the value of the helmet's resistance, vs. the downwards force of the bladder, equality can not be determined, and your hypothesis can not be proved.

I believe they offer an online course for EMT's. If it's free, I'll go take it and report back.
