I'm sorry, did the article mention that the officer got hit with a rockball/iceball? Tell me homeslice, where on the use of force model does an iceball rate? Above pepper spray maybe, but I bet it's BELOW A FUCKING GUN. And if my car gets hit by a snowball containing a rock I'll be pissed, sure, but instead of brandishing a deadly weapon at a bunch of college kids I'll probably call USAA and get my paint touched-up. Of course, I'm not heap big bad-ass cop, maybe that would make me be douchy-er about it like this asshole was. Plus, like Kaneman said, I pull a gun out and wave it at a bunch of kids, I'm getting slapped with a felony. How well do you think "They threw iceballs at my car!" will rate as a defense?
