I dont see how thats right. you were both breaking the law. if he didnt ticket you, he shouldnt have ticketed the guy behind.
thats just teaching the guy to break the law on his own...
to me its all luck, nothing to do teaching someone anything
I do have a question though..... were there any boobies on the boat that got ticketed? that couldve played some sort of pull on the water cops.
