It does grow on you after a while, I've been staring at them every day since June. The real kicker is when you ride one though. After taking one to lunch the other day and taking the long cut back
The perfomance is there, that's for sure!! I haven't gotten to ride a new (08) R1 yet though, that's a beautiful bike I think! Haven't seen the 09 R1 in person yet, the jury's still out on the looks from what I've seen online. Can't tell if I like the lines yet.
