I have a Velocity Gear that I got for $75. It has shoulder straps, and a pivot to allow better side to side movement. I like it a lot better than the A* Tech. The A* made me feel like Quasimodo because it stuck into the collar of my jacket and scrunched all up any time I moved. The Velocity Gear is also CE level 2 certified.
