GP shift
Just curious, I swapped my SV to GP shift by simply flipping the linkage around. Simple and easy.
On the 1125, there is no linkage to switch around, so how would one go about changing it to GP shift? Just curious if it's something that would be relatively simple to do or not. |
give'n ya fits? I was wondering if it'd take you a bit to get used to it again...

But i did like the way the GP felt riding, so if it was possible, I'd do it... if not, well, I'll deal with standard. The SV is back to standard now anyway for the gf. And besides ebbs, how am I gonna fuck you up otherwise??? |
well I'm not gonna ride your SV again... once was enough...

Post a pic of the rearset, a couple angles, but most from directly to the side, and I'll tell you. You might need new rearsets (Yamaha's do) or it might be internal (748/996 Series Duc's, I think, azoom would know)

From the picture I found, it doesn't look easy... probably an internal change...
That being said, this picture is badass: http://www.raptorsandrockets.com/ima...125R_ACT06.jpg |
