DMG Racing Sux!
I TOLD YOU SO! I TOLD YOU SO!!!!!
Cancelled: Miller Motorsports Park And AMA Pro Announce It no ama support classes for us wsbk round __________________________________________________ ____________ AMA Pro Issues Penalties AMA Pro Road Racing rider Jamie Hacking has been suspended indefinitely following this weekend's event at Auto Club Speedway for conduct detrimental to the sport of professional motorcycle racing. The culminating incident occurred in the Auto Club Speedway media center following post-race interviews on Sunday where Hacking used a string of profane language while exiting the press interview area. Prior to this incident, Hacking displayed additional acts of inappropriate behavior in both public and media interviews. __________________________________________________ _______________ SouperPoll :: Making History Or Making A Mockery? Buell's win in the Daytona Sport Bike class at Fontana today will go down in AMA racing history as, well, something. But what? How do you rate Eslick and the 1200cc Buell's "win" over the Japanese 600s? It's epic. Just like in 1988 when Schwantz beat Gardner at Suzuka for his first GP win. 231 votes (3.3%) A legendary comeback. Like Hailwood winning the Isle of Man at age 38. This is one for the ages. 127 votes (1.8%) Like Gobert blowing off practice at Loudon and then setting the pole, Eslick is now on the fast track to MotoGP or WSBK glory. 210 votes (3.0%) None of the above. It's a sad and pathetic joke. We are now, officially, a laughingstock. 6497 votes (92.0%) Vote total: 7065 __________________________________________________ ______________ Mladin Doubles Up on Wins in Suzuki AMA Pro Superbike Challenge FONTANA, California (March 22, 2009) - Mat Mladin doubled up on race wins in the Suzuki AMA Pro Superbike Challenge at Auto Club Speedway this weekend where the Australian veteran swept both AMA Pro National Guard American Superbike presented by Parts Unlimited races. |
Six-time Superbike champion Mat Mladin has held his tongue rather well this season, given how much he despises the DMG group and the new AMA Superbike rules. Mladin hasn't said much and about the only way you'd sense how he truly feels is by watching him take off the Daytona cap that was put on his head in victory circle at DIS and launch it with a quick flick of his wrist.
In the post-qualifying press conference yesterday at Fontana, series PR man Adam Saal asked Mladin for commentary as the Jordan bikes seem much more competitive at Fontana than they did at Daytona. Talk a little about the progress being made by (your competitors) Saal asked Mladin. "The gap from first to second is 1.3 seconds. I would not call that progress," Mladin deadpanned. Talk about your bike, Saal asked. "Obviously, the bike is just better than everybody else's, huh?" Mladin said. "That must be it." |
Good read, but WTF?! I thought you were leaving us?

Buell won? Sweet.

Additionally, AMA Pro Road Racing also placed riders Michael Beck, Kevin Boisvert, Mat Mladin, Mark Simon and Dustin O'Hara on probation due to failure to participate in Sunday's mandatory autograph session.
