i hate to say in this company, but maybe another Canon:whistle:

I've got a Canon...takes great pictures...but I can tell you that the Nikon is probly better in low light. Unless you're going higher than the digital Rebel.

OK, so which one will be the new camera. 40D? 1DMKXXVI? The one with banding and little black dots in the pictures? Spill it.

God I wish I had the money for that now. I want a DSLR so badly it makka my teeth hurt!

Plenty of entry level DSLRs on sale these days, with at least one and sometimes two kit lenses, for under $600.00 in Canada.

... or this setup, which looks to be damned good for a beginner, or even semi-advanced amateur.

Well new employment opportunites are in the works so maybe I'll treat myself. We'll see. :whistle:
