Started on a 1974 cb360 when I was 13 on a old closed piece of highway in Missouri. First legal bike was a gs350 short lived onto a nighthawk 450 At 16. Never played in the dirt. My dad was cool and taught me to ride even though he hates bikes. My grandfather rode bikes for a living for a delevery company. Way before my memory, but I guess its in the blood.

I wish I'd started riding when I was younger but I doubt I would have survived it. I'm too much of an adrenalin junky and I always pushed the limits when I was in my teens and 20's. Now I'm a little calmer but don't have quite as good a reflexes as I did then either. Still get a pucker moment now and then and hopefully I'll survive the FZ when I get it.

Age=37. I've been riding for a combined total of 18 yrs on the street. Had a 5yr stint in the middle with no bike, so I can't really say 23.


First bike was a honda trail when I was in 5th grade. First streetable "bike" was a honda elite scooter at 14. First actual street bike was a Honda nighthawk 650. Currently own a 07 ZX6r (track bike) and a 04 Hayabusa (street/ strip).

26yo, I rode the streets for about 2 years, gave up the streets and started stunting in warehouse lots for almost 2 years.

24 in a couple of days.

I got my first bike at 15 and rode very close to home. 16-18 I did some commuting. 18-21 I did aggressive street riding. I raced half a season and turned 22 during that period. 22-* I talk about riding on the internet.

I am 51, beginning around the age of 10 I rode a home made mini bike arounf 12 we got an Artic Cat prowler. My first bike that didn't have a pull start was a honda dream wich I pounded into the dirt in the back field. First Street bike (as in registered) Sears 250 Puch. THen a series of Kawi triples then 20 year no riding then back in the saddle in 01

I'm 28. Started when I was 24 and I did a year-long stint in Korea with no riding.

50, Rode various bikes in my teens, and early 20's. Took a 20 year break, been riding 8 years since I started back up.

20 years since I started riding on the street but probably 10 or 12 of those years I didn't actually own a bike so doing the math...

8 -10 years of actual street experience.

Been riding for about 4 years. I rode little street for the first year and then I got into track riding and stopped riding street.

i'll be 22 this weekend
and march will mark riding on the street for 2 years
