600 wheelbase looks like, whew! handful at the track lol, but id def try it. u can tell if u know what you're lookin at, but say at nighttime, lil money on the line, all motor to all motor-u gotta 600 so u need a few bike lengths wink wink-money in the bank if u can ride. make a killing racing cars probably

id raise it up and ride it everyday-stock busa=reliable power, without the stupid hi ins.

Should of did it to a 06-07 generation of gixxer, those look better imo. I hate the old style gixxers.

Cool concept and I respect the work a lot.

However can you tell the difference between a GSXR600 and a 1000 (even an 03). They all look the same to me and I can't tell until I see the number on the back. So if you did win they'd think it's a GSXR1000.

Throw that motor into a Katana and that would be sweet!!!

What would be the differences between the 03 GSXR600 and a GSXR1000? Other than a paint scheme.

Now I have seen people put GSXR 1000 bodies on Hayabusas and I think that's pretty cool looking how some are done.

30 ish pounds dry, and about 400 cc's. Possibly an inch or so in wheelbase.

Inverted forks are a dead give away... Larger rear tire. Different paint, and oh ya roll on power.

I can tell if there all stock a half mile out.

i think the 03 1000 was the 1st year of the new body style too...
01-03 600 had a dif swingarm than the same year 750's and 1000's too i do believe.

they didnt look damn near identical til 04-05 i think. dif color forks, dif paint

Cool Deal. To the untrained eye or someone who isn't hardcore into knowing each and every motorcycle I wouldn't have a clue. I just looked at the body work and saw the headlights where similar.

Hell sometimes it takes me a second to tell the difference between an 06 CBR600rr and a 06 CBR1000rr.

It's not the best looking gsxr I've ever seen but oh yeah...I'd rock it. I guess that's why I like Turbobusa's and Supercharged Z06's...I like things that aren't the "norm". :dthumb:

I am impressed at a multiple levels. First the engineering of putting this package together is very impressive to me. This not some simple bolt to an adapter ,plug and play situation. He has mated the engine to the frame, tucked it all into relatively stock looking bodywork and re-worked the electronics. As a guy who likes to build thing this is dam sure imaginative and demonstrates a very high level of skill.
IN the process he has dropped 100 plus pounds off of what drive train was designed to pull and 6 inches off the wheel base. In stock configuration the 06 Busa drive train will produce 150 to 155 rwp ( this machine is a PC3 and pipes away from an easy 170 rwhp a and a $800 big bore kit away from 200 RWHP and if you are sick enough, a turbo away from 250 without cracking the engine) with torque levels that the still leave the the newest generation of I4 envious with peak torque between being generated between 6 and 8 k. and a red line of 11.5. As it sits, this little beasty is power out of the corners that will make the big twin bikes envious (including my 999) and will roll out in the straights with incredible speed. For what he is asking this in an INCREDIBLE buy ( I don't know the man so I am not schilling the sale) This is not the most sophisticated machine out there but this little two wheel package of nasty has got me re-thinking my winter project
