Putting that degree to work.
Look what I can do with my Degree in Hoopty-mechanics.
I made a wanna be cold air intake for my stolen S10. Made out of a stolen cardboard box and a roll of stolen Aluminum tape. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...8709921893.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...09878423-1.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...65/th_Im-1.jpg I think it works when the Plenum is actually cold even with a hot engine . |
I hope you stole the degree too because the work is kind crappy.
The cardboard will soak water in the first rain and get all over your engine, the rest if it looks fine. You are better offs using some stolen aluminum, pop rivet it into its stolen place, then seal with silicone. |

I stole the idea from some other guy.
And this is just a stolen mock trying to get a good final design before i take the time to steal all the other stuff.lol |
Is there any change in stolen performance?
|
Lol not sure about that on the stolen 2.8 but i did steal a little throttle response at higher rpm.
|
What is the red hose for? Doesn't look like it's accomplishing anything.
|
Its pluging the stolen evac holes that were there for the jeep..
To lazy to just steal some vacuum plugs But eventually id like to steal a smaller plenum like from a caddy. And the have the evac run to the intake....or something like that |

I forgot to ask;
Is it a legit degree in hoopty mechanics, or did you steal it? |

Though I actually followed the "book" last bit of work I did... Went to Advance and stole a heater core and put that in last weekend, FINALLY I HAVE STOLEN HEAT. I also fixed my Stereo...Seems it overheated and actually melted a ribbon cable over two circuits...A little Electrical tape and good as new Quote:
bolted right to the Y pipe and dumped under the cab... That stolen Jensen head unit has to be on 30 when your doing over 35mph. Really need to steal some pipe and take the exhaust out to the axle |
Pffft. Big deal. I made a functioning ram air on a 1988 Dodge Aries (K-car). My buddies and I cut a hole in the hood, made a ram air, and then took that flexible gutter drain shit and attached it to the airbox. It actually gave it more power.
(had to dig back for this) http://www.cardomain.com/ride/623189...e-aries/page-3 go to page 4 to see the gutter sticking out of the ram air. http://farm2.staticflickr.com/1140/7...8cdaae23_o.jpg You need some more aluminum foil for inside the airbox. It'll make it shine at the car shows. Also steal a digital camera from 1990s please. |
Lol that is some GHETTTTOOOOO SHIT!
Oh yeah the crappy quality, the drivers for my Camera were fucked up on the ROM i was using at the time |
