It's not warm, it's served at the optimum temperature for that type of beer. Cask ale should be served at a warmer (not WARM but warmer) temperature than other ales or lagers. :idk:

There ya go..
I actually prefer most beers at room temperature or a little below.

This is true. The warmer a beer, the more flavor it has. Why do you think they serve Budweiser at just above freezing? To mask the horrendous flavor.

Read my edit...the stronger Belgian beers are.

that's the crappy part. what do you really win if you get your job back? lost wages and less respect then before from your peers and admin.

You can get your lost wages back, then find another job. Maybe have the problem with the administration exposed, forcing the people in power to resign.

One problem with Europe or at least parts of it is serving warm beer...that would stop me from drinking it right there.

ah but it's not warm, it's room temp. room temp in a lower level bar or cellar type room which is kept rather cool. you really don't notice it at all.

Why is North America so uptight about drinking anyways? :idk:

because America is full of "my shit don't stink, do gooder, perfect life until I get caught then I'll pray for forgiveness bible thumpers" who refuse to believe people could be happy living their life anyway other then the prescribed pentecostal, catholic, or other christian faith of choice way. Their very willing to tell you the err of your ways and how you should be more like them, then you'd be happy.

100% the only things that should be served at room temperature are 18 years old.

Scotch and women.
