I had to stay over again almost an hour. Gotta go in 30 minutes early tomorrow for a stupid meeting. Blah. A little OT here, a little OT there. If they're not careful I'm going to have 20 hours of OT again on this check, especially since I'm already at a little over 17 in OT already. And they said things were going back to normal at the beginning of this month. HA!

Nothing. I've been logging 20 plus hours of OT each pay period since the beginning of November. I've had 7 days off since then. They keep calling me in on my days off.

I find it amusing they talk about how much they're over budget on the overtime, yet they keep calling me in when they could pay someone else less in OT. But they also know I'm very dependable (I've only been late twice in the year or so I've been there; I never call in sick, etc). I'm also only about 10 minutes away. They make me feel loved ( ) and wanted yet I feel almost smothered there. I'm burned out working so much, yet I can't say no to them when they ask me to come in. I'm a single parent raising two kids and that is what pushes me to work so much. I could really use a break, like a couple of weeks I do have 2 days off so I'm not so burned out and ready to go again.

I'm really hoping that they will soon move to 4 10hr days as I want to get another job part time so I can start saving money for a new bike. :D

Well, I checked the calendar last night and found that this was, in fact, my work weekend.
So, I'll be working until next Tuesday.
