that sammich did look good.

Sucks for corey. We just about got cleaned up. At least now we can just see what if anything else comes in.

it was funny earlier our phenom social worker wanted to get one of the homeless regulars a shower becasue hes gettin kinda ripe and is stinkin gup the waiting room. now thats all nice and everything but when I have 7 patients waiting to be seen and potentially 3 needing procedures, smelly drunken homeless guy is the least of my worries.

Smelly drunken homeless guys should be put in a detox tank. Not in the ER. They won't cost us taxpayers near as much that way.

these dont cost us anything, we just leave them out there. We have a bunch of regulars here but I know all of them since i am always on the overnights. One I keep an eye on because something bads going to happen with him, sooner prolly than later. the others are still in decent shape, so I dont have to worry about them too much. its just that if they die in the waiting room on my shift I will get in trouble. but if they die at 7;01 then its ok

Kind of a harsh way of saying it or thinking, but I understand.

You guys don't do anything for them? No clothes, hospital booties, nothing? Just let them sit in the waiting room to sleep off the drunkeness?
