Two Wheel Fix - Overnight peoples (aka. Who's up?)

Nope, no more drinking for me. I went shopping tonight and had to buy new jeans because mine were falling off of me, I'm down 2 sizes and since I started back at the gym, I want to keep the weight off and lose more. Drinking is the worse for trying to lose weight.

And I love, love, love my blackberry too. My best friend Cathy just got the new one, the touch screen, and I was playing around with it Sunday when we went shopping and I think it might be my next purchase. It just came out so I might wait until they work out the quirks before I get it. I've heard there are some updates coming out for it already.

Its got a few things that still need to be sorted but the update released this past weekend helped a lot. Other than a little lag though, it has been a champ.

Thanks guys. I appreciate it. I used to work out every night after work, and then I let other things distract me and I quit going. But now I'm back at it and finding that I'm enjoying it more than ever. And I'm enjoying seeing the results.

Oh, and on the blackberry, my friend and I just figured out that messaging feature and now we talk all day on it. I love it!

you bastard, you gave all the work to me. i had a 52 y/o heroin overdose and a man who was trying to get attention because his daughter blew him off and kept describing a stroke but refusing treatment, not transport. and these were back to back
